Can you imagine, at our clinic, alot of times, we actually do not have a choice but to let patient go off without paying a single cent at all. Woa~~~ So good huh. Zzz. So damm stupid lor. Company already like 6yrs le. Isnt there a better way? Coz once patient walk out of the clinic they have the choice not to come back ever again. Chase them for e money? HAHA its like hell ok. Again on sat a patient walk out with a bill of 7k not paid. It has something got to do with letter of guarantee from insurance company. Dun care le manager say she wan follow up this case. All coz of those stupid HRs and secretary who never do their job properly. Or rather dumb patients who never bother to ask do we belong to a hospital organization. ASSUME la. In the end the one who clearing up the shit is always us. Liasing with the stupid HR of that patient and such, then ask them asap pay up through cheque or what. Then if patient unreasonable wan scold us also like bo pian? Haiz. The HR, stupid insurance company, and dumb patients are the culprit. But who's suffering? The doctor is blaming who? US. Frontline staff. We are always the last to get the bomb and we have to deal with it. Damm. You think we get paid for such job issit huh. We are not professionals ok. Stupid doc expect us to noe what they want also. Think we psycho huh can read their mind. Pls la we are also HUMAN ok. Zzz. Again another lesson learnt on sat. Least the next time it happens again we know what to do already. Well~~ What can I say. No one gave any warning. Think we are so incredible huh. Zzz. Sure gona get blamed on mon again zzz.
